The cottage offers boutique accommodation, perfect for people visiting the region, looking for a quiet, relaxed and quintessential Toowoomba experience.

Toowoomba Homestays offers both Bannockburn Lodge and Bannockburn Cottage, which can be booked separately or if booked together can sleep up to 14 people - making them the perfect wedding preparation destination. Both houses provide a fully equipped kitchen, are pet friendly and within easy walking distance to cafes, and the Toowoomba CBD. Bannockburn will be your next favourite escape or local stay.

This charming character cottage boasts 4 large bedrooms including an ensuited master bedroom with walk in wardrobe and TV. The generous open plan kitchen and living area flows seamlessly into an exquisite formal dining area and out to a gorgeous wrap around veranda overlooking the beautiful Mother's Memorial Park. There is also a captivating alfresco area - perfect for entertaining on Toowoomba's glorious sunny days. The upstairs bathroom has a claw foot bath, shower and toilet. Downstairs in the lounge there is a Smart TV with access to Netflix and YouTube. WiFi is free. The cottage also has dryer and washing machine in the laundry.

Toowoomba Homestays are within walking distance to the CBD, Empire Theatre, Toowoomba Grammar School and Queen's Park. For large groups, we offer both properties (14 beds + 2 fold out beds) at a special discounted rate, based on a minimum 2-night stay. A total of 7 bedrooms, 5 toilets, 4 bathrooms, and the entire yard for a BBQ. The front of the Cottage overlooks the Mothers Memorial Garden and Queen's Park. There is room for undercover parking, plus the driveway off Stirling street and Burstow street.
