For large groups, we offer both properties (14 beds + 2 fold out beds) at a special discounted rate, based on a minimum 2-night stay. A total of 7 bedrooms, 5 toilets, 4 bathrooms, and the entire yard for a BBQ. The front of the Cottage overlooks the Mothers Memorial Garden and Queen's Park. There is room for undercover parking, plus the driveway off Stirling street and Burstow street.

It’s is just a couple of minutes walk to the well known Park House Cafe and Cafe Valetta, which you will find nestled in the beautiful Camphor Laurel avenue of Margaret Street, directly opposite Queens Park.
Getting aroundWalk to Botanical Gardens, Cobb & Co Museum and to the CBD. The Bus interchange is approx 15 minutes walk. There is also a local Toowoomba Tour bus which our guests often book with during their stay.
