The space
Bannockburn Lodge is a spacious, double story town house offering 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and single lock up garage. Inheriting all the perks of modern-day family living such as an open plan layout, separate laundry, air conditioning and more.

Tucked away in a tree lined, quiet street, yet minutes from some of Toowoomba’s famous attractions and favourite cafes, Bannockburn Lodge is the perfect destination for couples, families, corporate travelers and groups. There is a BBQ area outside in the private courtyard.

Bannockburn Lodge and Cottage can be booked separately or if booked together can sleep up to 14 people -making them the perfect wedding preparation destination. Both houses provide a fully equipped kitchen, are pet friendly and within easy walking distance to cafes, and the Toowoomba CBD. Bannockburn will be your next favourite escape or local stay.

Off street parking is available in the driveway off Stirling Street.

Toowoomba Homestays are within walking distance to the CBD, Empire Theatre, Toowoomba Grammar School, Fairholme College, TAS, Queen's Park, Cobb & Co Museum and the botanical gardens. For large groups, we offer both properties (14 beds + 2 fold out beds) at a special discounted rate, based on a minimum 2-night stay. A total of 7 bedrooms, 5 toilets, 4 bathrooms, and the entire yard for a BBQ. The front of the Cottage overlooks the Mothers Memorial Garden and Queen's Park. There is room for undercover parking, plus the driveway off Stirling street and Burstow street.

Neighborhood overview
Toowoomba Homestays are surrounded by Queen's Park. Walk out the door into the tree-lined street and over the road and you will discover some of the beautiful gardens Toowoomba has to offer. The Homestays are tucked away in a quiet street, but with so many of Toowoomba’s attractions right on your door-step the location is second-to-none.
It’s is just a couple of minutes walk to the well known Park House Cafe and Cafe Valetta, which you will find nestled in the beautiful Camphor Laurel avenue of Margaret Street, directly opposite Queens Park.
Getting around
Walk to Botanical Gardens, Cobb & Co Museum and to the CBD. The Bus interchange is approx 15 minutes walk. There is also a local Toowoomba Tour bus which our guests often book with during their stay.
